Artist Statement:
I am an artist from... well that is hard to say because I have moved 32 times across 4 states in 37 years! My 32nd move landed me and my family back in Denver, Colorado which is also the place I achieved my BFA in painting.
My work is directly influenced by all of the places I have seen, lived and dreamed. The outcome is an evolutionary mashup of the natural world that may offer a glimpse into the near surreal future. Which way it sways, more distopian or more utopian, is up to the viewer and their experiences.
